1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

We accept exchanges/returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

🛑 We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

• Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price

• Personalized/customized products

• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

 

2. How to Request an Exchange or Return

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with the following details:

• Order ID

• Reason for exchange/return

• Clear photo/video of the product issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

 

3. Exchange Process

• If your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to service availability).

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days.

• If the desired product is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 3 months.

 

4. Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds, except in the following rare cases:

• The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

• The reverse pickup is not serviceable, and you’ve returned it at your own cost.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 working days.

 

5. Return Shipping

• For valid cases, we will arrange reverse pickup free of cost.

• If pickup is not available in your area, we may ask you to ship the item to us. The shipping cost will be reimbursed (up to ₹100) once we receive and inspect the item.

 

6. Our Promise

All our pieces are quality-checked before shipping. However, in the rare case that something isn’t right, we promise to resolve it with care and speed.
