2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

3. Shipping Time

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (metro cities)

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

• You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

 

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1499.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional ₹50 COD fee.

 

5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

 

6. Delays and Exceptions

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or remote locations.

• During sale periods or festivals, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.

• If your area is unserviceable, we will inform you and issue a full refund if necessary.

 

7. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an SMS/email/WhatsApp with your tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can track your package using the provided link.

 

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address and contact details provided are correct. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
